7 Days Return or Exchanges Policy:

At She next fashion – we ship the products from our store in Toronto. We deliver only in Canada and USA.

We are glad to inform that for 3 years of our online journey, we have successfully delivered thousands of shipments ordered from our website all over Canada and USA, but till date we have not received any return request from any of our valued customers. From the beginning we have tried to make this perfect, that our customers receive exactly what they ordered from our site and in a perfect condition. For that, we always follow a 3-step quality check-up, before shipping. Also, in our website, we have uploaded non-edited images of all the products those are been photographed and cataloged by us. Only, it is a request, to note that the color and the effect of the product can slightly differ to the original due to the resolution of the screen differs to each gadget.

For the trust of you all, we accept 7 days return or exchanges, on certain clauses and conditions as stated below:

  1. What if the product received has manufacturing defects?

This is to inform, that we at She next fashion, takes 3 steps quality checking of all our products before shipping. So, there are no such chance that you will receive a defective product from us. If, in case, still you receive a defective product, we accept a return or exchange of the product.

  1. What if the product does not match with the product ordered?

We have tried to keep our terms very simple. If a wrong product is delivered to you (higher chances will not be so), you can opt for the return or exchange of the products.

  1. What if the sizes don’t fit?

Don’t worry, we are here to help you. Please follow the size chart attached with each product, we have clearly provided the sizes matching the products. After receiving, if you feel that the product doesn’t fit to your size, you can opt for an exchange for the other sizes available.

  1. What if I don not like the product after receiving?

Sorry, with due respect, we are stating that if you do not like the product, you have the option to exchange the product with any other, but we don not have any return policy against that. It is advised from us, kindly go through each and every detail of the products mentioned in the product page. We have tried to provide as much information possible for the product for your convenience. It will surely help you to clarify.

 

Procedure for Return:

All for you we have tried to keep it very simple:

  1. After receiving the product, if you face any such issues mentioned in point number: 1, 2, & 3 from the above mentioned, then kindly contact us immediately through our mail
    info@shenextfashion.com & customercare.she@gmail.com within 48 hrs. of receiving the products. Any mail will not be entertained after that period. You should clearly describe about the issue, and incase of any defects, please attach 2 photos of the defected portion for reference.
  2. After we receive the mail, our support team will contact you for the issue, within next 48 hrs.
  • If the product is to be returned, then you have to return the product to us by postal services, as we do not have any pick-up facilities.
  1. After we receive the returned product from your end, our support team will contact you for the further process. The further process will be:
  • You can opt for a refund if you receive damaged products or mis-match products. In case of refund, the refund will be initiated to your provided Bank details (bank details should be mailed to us at info@shenextfashion.com & customercare.she@gmail.com.
  • It will take 5-7 business days to get back your refunded amount.
  • You can also opt for an exchange of the product with any other product available in our website. Any difference in amount for the current selection will be paid by you, and after that we will ship the product to your address.
  1. For the point number 4 in the above section, if you don’t like the product after receiving, you have the option to exchange the product. For this purpose, please follow the steps:
  • Mail us within 48 hrs. of receiving the product, mentioning about your issue and stating that you want to exchange.
  • After that, send us the products at our store address using any postal services.
  • After we receive back the product from your end, our support team will connect you for the exchange process. You can select any other products available in our website. If there are any differences in amount, then you have to pay the difference amount. After completing the process, we will ship the product to your given address.

Important points to be kept in mind in the process of 7 Days Return or Exchange policy:

We have tried to keep the process as much as simple for you. Few important points to be kept in mind:

  1. No mails or request for return or exchange will be entertained after 48 hrs. of receiving the products from your side. You must mail us within the stipulated time.
  2. The products will not be eligible for any return or exchange if it matches these conditions:
  • The product is damaged.
  • Has been worn
  • Has been soiled
  • Has been customized or altered
  • The tags and labels are removed
  1. These products are non-exchangeable by any means:
  • Altered or pre-customized products
  • The products under “Final-Sale”

Any Fee Charges for Refund?

  • Though we have tried to keep all things simple, but any product return should be beard by the customers, as we don not have any pick-up options.
  • For refund – there is a Label Fee (around 15 C$ approx.), that will be deducted from customer’s paid amount, and the rest will be refunded. So, we request you all to do an exchange with no Label Fee Charges. Else, you can also opt for Store Credit.
